Specification:

High Density Polyethylene resin is an ethylene/butene copolymer. This product manufactured by the CSTR slurry process.

HDPE has good mechanical strength and toughness, excellent processing stability; it also has good high-speed processing and film thickness distribution.

Processability:

HDPE can be extruded at temperature profiles between 180 and 200°C with a melt temperature between 190 and 210°C.

Cylinder 180-200 ℃

Die 195-205℃

Melt 190-210℃

Storing: Resin must be stored at temperature under 40℃. The sun radiation, heat, humidity is prohibit.

The expiration date is 3 years.

Typical applications: used in large parts and chemical containers(20 to150 liter).
